Nationwide Guarantee
Hansen Collision guarantees the repairs to your vehicle for as long as you own the vehicle. Hansen Collision also offers a 1-year nationwide guarantee on your vehicle's repairs (some restrictions apply).
Guaranteed Completion Date
If your vehicle is not completed by the guaranteed completion date, Hansen Collision will provide you with transportation until the vehicle's repairs are completed (some restrictions apply).
24 / 7 Contact
Hansen Collision will provide 24 hours a day / 7 days a week service for vehicle updates, towing, etc... By calling toll free 1-877-6-HANSEN, you can be connected to the Hansen Collision nearest you during operating hours or you can get after hours towing information 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. You can also get a 24 / 7 update on your vehicles status by selecting "vehicle status" on our web page (some restrictions apply).
Free Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery
Hansen Collision will pick up and deliver your vehicle upon request within a 15-mile radius (some restrictions may apply).

Professional Car Wash
Hansen Collision will wash and vacuum your vehicle when the repairs are completed (some restrictions may apply).
Service Plus Rules and Restrictions
Nationwide Guarantee: Our guarantee is limited to the printed guarantee that is received at the time the repairs are completed. All restrictions are listed on our printed guarantee.
Guaranteed Completion Date: 4.0 hours per day is what is figured for the guaranteed completion times Monday - Friday. The vehicle must be dropped off by 9:00 am to qualify for that day to be used towards the completion time. Add 5 days for vehicles towed in. If repairs exceed $2,500.00 or your insurance company does not participate in the Hansen Collision "Service Plus" program, the vehicle is not eligible for the guaranteed completion date. Vehicles with parts on backorder or other unforeseen problems beyond our control are not eligible for the guaranteed completion date.
24 / 7 Contact: Person who is contacted may not have first hand knowledge of the vehicles progress and may only be able to give you completion times.
Free Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery: Pick up and delivery will only be done during store hours. Pick up and delivery is done on a first come first serve basis.
Professional Car Wash: Vehicles with unusual equipment inside (i.e. radio vans, work trucks, etc.) or excessive refuse inside may not be vacuumed.
**All Hansen Collision locations must participate in an insurance company's direct repair program for that insurance company to qualify for the Service Plus benefits.
